The service is ok, you just to be a little patient considering the sheer number of guests that thry have to attend to. The food selection is good but could be better, for their price point it is a steal. They have yakiniku, sukiyaki, tempura, Filipino dishes and assortment of cakes and sushi. It is a mix of dishes and feelings... And turns out just fine. Good meal for family celebrations or dine out with friends. Nothing fancy just good food at affordable price.
I love buffets. Sure I've been a little bit more conscious about my health these past few months as I've started going to the gym and working out. Diet is an important part of losing weight and staying healthy. That said, therre are times that I think all of us just want to pig out as much as we can. Buffets exist for the simple reason that we sometimes have to satisfy our craving for eating as much good food as we can. There are a lot of buffets in Manila, but Yakimix is one of the better ones that I have been to. I mean, so far as I recall, Yakimix is the only buffet that allows me to cook my food at my table. It's an interesting idea that adds another dimension to the whole buffet concept. The food is good. It's not out opf this world amazing, but for the price I had to pay, or rather my dad, and the fact that it's a buffet, it's more than enough.
